6.8/10

I had a decent stay at Bossotel Bangkok. The hotel is reasonably priced and in a great spot, close to key transport links and some good local eateries. However, the service could really use some improvement, especially during breakfast when they kept running out of food.

Rooms
6.0
I stayed in a standard room on the sixth floor. It was a bit small and felt a bit dated, with some issues like a faint smell coming from the bathroom drain. The A/C was loud, but the bed was comfortable.
Service
5.0
The staff were friendly enough, but the language barrier made it hard to communicate at times. Breakfast service was slow, and they seemed overwhelmed when it got busy.
Location
8.0
The location was one of the highlights. It's about a ten-minute walk from the Saphan Taksin MRT station and walking distance to Sathorn Jetty for boat rides to places like Wat Arun.
Dining
5.0
Breakfast had a decent variety with both Asian and Western options, but they didn't replenish the hot dishes quickly enough. I was really disappointed with the coffee, though.
Facilities
6.0
There's a small swimming pool and a gym, which I didn't use much, but the free Wi-Fi was a bit annoying as it kept logging me off. However, I appreciated the complimentary toiletries in the bathroom.

6.4/10

I had a mixed experience during my stay at Bossotel Bangkok. The location was fantastic, close to the Saphan Taksin BTS station and a lively market. However, the service left much to be desired, with language barriers and slow responses. While the breakfast offered a good variety, the room had some maintenance issues that affected my overall comfort.

Rooms
6.0
My room was spacious with a comfortable setup, featuring a separate shower and bathtub. However, I noticed some wear and tear, with an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom drain and noisy air conditioning, which made it hard to sleep.
Service
5.0
Service was inconsistent; while some staff members were friendly, communication was often a challenge due to the limited English proficiency. I experienced slow service in the restaurant, where orders were frequently mixed up or forgotten.
Location
8.0
The hotel's location was ideal for exploring the city, being just a short walk from the ferry to famous sites like Wat Arun and the Grand Palace. It was close to various restaurants and shops, which added to the convenience.
Dining
7.0
Breakfast offered a nice variety, including both Thai and Western options, though I found the coffee subpar. The egg station was a highlight, but they sometimes ran out of items before the breakfast time ended.
Facilities
6.0
The facilities were a mixed bag; while I appreciated the gym, it was quite small and warm. The pool was smaller than I expected and not very clean, which was disappointing for my child. Overall, it would benefit from some maintenance.

I had a great stay at Bossotel Bangkok, thanks to its perfect location near the river and easy access to public transportation. The staff were friendly, and my room was comfortable, although the bathroom had a bit of an odor. The breakfast spread was pretty good, offering a decent variety of both Thai and Western dishes. However, some areas in the hotel could use a bit of maintenance.

Rooms
8.0
The family room was spacious with plenty of storage, but my friend's room had an unpleasant smell. Overall, the rooms are designed well and clean.
Service
7.0
Service was decent, but sometimes staff seemed distracted; a more attentive approach would enhance the experience. They did provide a nice boxed breakfast for my early departure.
Location
10.0
The location is absolutely fantastic! It's close to the river, BTS stations, and a vibrant food scene, making it super easy to explore Bangkok.
Dining
8.0
Breakfast was surprisingly good for a mid-range hotel, with a mix of tasty Thai options and some Western choices. It wasn't huge, but more than adequate.
Facilities
7.0
The hotel has basic facilities like a small pool and gym, which I didn't use, but they seemed fine. There are also services like room service and laundry.

I had a mixed experience at Bossotel Bangkok. While the location was great and the breakfast offered a decent variety, the room I stayed in felt a bit dated and the service could use some improvement.

Rooms

I was in a standard room on the sixth floor. The room was small and a bit outdated, with an adequate bathroom. The view from my window was onto a wall, which was disappointing. However, the bed was comfortable, and I appreciated having tea and coffee facilities.
Service
5.0
The staff were polite, but I found their English skills lacking, making communication a bit challenging. They could certainly benefit from some additional training.
Location

The hotel's location is fantastic! It's close to the Saphan Taksin MRT station and nearby the river, making it easy to explore the city. There are also convenient dining options and a department store just minutes away.
Dining

Breakfast was included and had a variety of both Thai and Western options, which I enjoyed. However, I was disappointed to find that some hot dishes were not replenished when I arrived late.
Facilities

While there's a small pool and gym, I didn't use them during my stay. WiFi is free, but I found it irritating as it kept cutting out and I had to log back in frequently.
